Eliades Ochoa, one of the original members of the Grammy-winning Buena Vista Social Club, is considered one of the most renowned Cuban “soneros” of all time. A great defender of traditional Cuban music, Eliades hails from the mountains around Santiago de Cuba (the birthplace of Son Cubano).

Before the shows, RCR will offer a Cuban Dance Class from 7:10 to 7:45pm — live music starts at 8:00pm.

There will be TWO shows by Eliades Ochoa on Thursday, 2/29 AND Saturday, 3/2. (The Saturday show was sold out at the time of this post.)
