Juan de Marcos and the Afro-Cuban All Stars are coming back to Berkeley! They play a very danceable mix of Timba, Son Montuno, and Afro-Cuban jazz. We saw them at the same venue a couple of years ago and it was an excellent show — F&S has a great sound system and a large open dance floor.

A Cuban Salsa & Rueda de Casino Dance Class will be taught by Ryan and Sidney of Rueda Con Ritmo from 7:00 to 8:00pm on Saturday, and from 6:00 to 7:00pm on Sunday, for no additional charge. Two separate levels will be offered simultaneously, Beginning and Intermediate/Advanced. Shows start immediately following the dance classes.
