Carnaval SF is almost here! Rueda Con Ritmo will be putting on 3 events, ending with an After-Carnaval Salsa Party. Please join us!

9:30am - Carnaval Parade (RCR is number 48 in the line up and will probably start around 11:00am): Starts at 24th & Bryant, heads west to Mission, then north to 15th, finishing at 15th & Harrison

2:25pm - Performance at 21st St. & Harrison Comparsa Stage

5:00pm - AFTER PARTY at Il Pirata (2007 16th St.) - Salsa, Timba, & Música Cubana with DJ Ritmo

Il Pirata has a full bar. Cover is $5 for Rueda Con Ritmo carnaval contingent members and parade volunteers, $10 for the general public. As with all of our events, we will be requiring proof of vaccine (including booster for those eligible) — masks are recommended but not required.

CUBAN FOOD (by Yaquelín y Su Sabor Cubano) is available at the party — pre-order has been made but we ordered a few extra plates so it is still possible to order food in advance (items will change to “sold out” once all plates have been reserved).
